It's Beginning to look alot like Christmas!!

This will be the first year we have not had all of our children- or most of them -and all the grandkids for Christmas. Ashley and Ally are really sad by this. Sarah and family want to stay in their own home to start some of their own traditions and then we will go to their home for Christmas and spend the day with them. YEAH! Thank goodness Sarah and kids live close so we will enjoy their company Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Jared's work had a party for the employees children and grandchildren so we had a good time with Taylor, Mckay, Maren , and Benson. We look forward to hearing from all of you and having a few family gatherings for the holidays.

Indiana November 2009(Scroll down to older post... I made 3 post today! Love you all)

Allyson turns 17!!

It seems only yesterday that I was posting Ally turning 16 and now another year has flown by. We celebrated a week early because I was going to be in Indiana on November 1.

A Trip to Indiana- a new granddaughter!!!

We had lots of time to play. Look at our block skills.
This is the first time I have been with Lucy and Andrew for Halloween. Fun!!!
We had so much fun each day and Lucy always had two extras...Alice and Mouse.
Each night I enjoyed quietly rocking Gracie to sleep/ Tender memories!!

Isn't she beautiful!!! Gracie reminds me of Allysom when she was a baby.

A Trip to Dallas!

August 12 ,Jared and I flew to Dallas ,Texas to attend the wedding of our nephew- Jon Bjarnason-to Jennifer M. Our son Spencer and his wife Suzie and daughter Sidney met us there. Also Clarke flew in from Indiana. We had a great time and were able to sight see in Dallas . We went to the grassy knoll and the site of the Kennedy assasination. We were able to hear Michael L. present his eyewitness account of that day -as he was 13 and on the corner. It was very interesting. The highlight of course was the wedding and being with family. I decided to make a slde show so you can right click and get the pictures you want. Enjoy!!
