Thanksgiving in Virginia!

We had a great trip to Virginia and Loved seeing all our relatives. The weather was beautiful and the memories will be treasured. Enjoy the pictures! We love you all!!

Ashley plays in Monterrey California!

Ashley and the Dixie team came to California and played CSU Monterrey. Jared , Ally and I and Taylor Ann and Mckay went to the bay area for the weekend and we were able to see Ashley. We had a great time. Sarah and Spencer and Maren went up Thursday night because they were moving into their home on the weekend. It was so fun to see her.

Jared flew to Texas and drove across the states with Sarah and her three children. It will go down in the journals as a memorable trip. Taylor received her princess crown and her birthday gifts when she arrived. Mckay enjoyed Chico and his bed. And Maren was happy to be out og her car seat and at grandma's.

St. George or Bust!!!

We made it to Dixie! Ashley and her friends loaded the car. Ally and Ashley followed me in Ashley's car and I drove the van. All went well. It was a fast, long trip but we made it. I always love the Utah mountains. Dixie is surounded with mountains. The grand canyon is only 2 hours away, also Lake Powell is a few hours away. Hopefully, she will have opportunities to see the sights in her spare time(HA!) Upon arriving and meeting with the counselor she found out she has to take 15.5 units and devote about 25-30 hours a week to volleyball( that includes travel time) Anyway... she has a tight schedule... Next semester should allow sight seeing.

Taylor and Mckay are growing!!!

We had fun with Taylor and Mckay while visiting Texas. They are really growing and love adventure and play!

Ally and I had a great time bonding with Maren. Isn't she beautiful? We had fun with Taylor and Mckay also. MAren is one month now. Look how big Taylor Ann is. The big newa is that Sarah and family are moving back to California the end of August! Fun Fun!

Ashley Graduates!!!

Here are some of AShley's dear friends. She has played voleeyball with all of them since 7th grade. (Sarah Kullbom,Lisa Wong, Ashley,Carly field,Carly Chittim(Yes, Mrs. Chittim,s daughter- Spencer and Aj's 6th grade teacher) and Mckenzie. Great friends!

Ashley is officially out of high school and on to bigger and better things! One more to go! Yeah Ally!!

Notice that laura has learned to fix her hair. She has really changed and is quite cute. Ally is in her element.....braided pony . these are her friends from track. She ran the 200 and 4 by 100. she did quite well!

We were so excited to have our friends Ryan and Stephanie Falk come to the blessing and send a few hours with us. It was great to see them.

Bitter Sweet!

So we had a real fast trip to LA to see Lucy be blessed and to say goodbye to Char and Clarke as leave for Indiana to go to Perdue for a PHD. Here is a picture of little LucyLu, Ally and Char. Aren't they sweet?

A great Mother's Day!

I had a great time having family dinner here and catching up with everyone. Thanks to my children for calling me. I love to talk to you. Interesting story... At church they always give out something to all women 18 and older. So when they announced for all women 18 and older to stand and receive a bouquet of See' suckers,Ashley was all smiles and jumped for the occasion. WOW! there are a few fun benefits of being 18. She turned 18 on May 11. It was so cute!!! Love to all! MOM

New Grandbaby! This makes 4...

Lucy Catherine Bjarnason

daughter of Clarke and Charlotte.

Our 4th grand child. Taylor Ann Hyer, Andrew Clarke Bjarnason, Spencer McKay Hyer, and now Lucy Catherine Bjarnason.

We are now awaiting the arrival of Maren Grace Bjarnason to Spencer and Sarah (Grace) Bjarnason Hyer. Should be within a couple of weeks!

Ashley's signing...

Ashley's signing ceremony in the Pittman H.S. Library. She is signing her contract to play Division ll volleyball for Dixie State College in St. George, UT. She has to be there June 5th to register and orientation, will go to volleyball camp July 9th - 13th (at Dixie) and reports August 1st for pre-season practice. School starts Aug 21st. Fun! Fun! Fun!
